Why a Sample Sale?
A KLOQ is handmade, so the material may be damaged during transport, production, or finishing. It's also possible that the newly delivered material doesn't visually meet our high quality standards. These clocks are too beautiful/good to throw away.
How severe are the imperfections?
Every damage or imperfection was photographed. In 90% of cases, these are only visible within 0.5 meters of the KLOQ in a well-lit room.
Do I have a warranty on a Sample Sale item?
Absolutely. 2-year warranty on the KLOQ and the movement.
Can I return a Sample Sale item?
No, this cannot be returned.
Is a Sample Sale item otherwise in good order?
Absolutely. The KLOQ's body, the movement, and all its components are new.
Why are there price differences?
The items are rated as slightly damaged (-20% discount), moderately damaged (-35% discount) and heavily damaged (-50% discount).
