Returns / Exchanges

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your address to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Returns from outside the EU
You are responsible for arranging shipping costs and export documentation. Any costs we incur to import your return will be deducted from the refund. Some VAT and any import taxes paid by us at the time of shipping are non-refundable. If you paid shipping costs at the time of ordering, these are non-refundable.

Swap

If you ordered something and would like to exchange it instead of returning it, you can. Return shipping will be at your expense, and we will send the exchange to you at our expense.

The following rules apply for exchanges:

• Send an email to info@kloq.nl, including your invoice number. Please state which item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like in return (so we can reserve it for you).
• You will receive a return address from us.
• Pack returned items in an outer box or the original packaging to prevent damage during transport.
• Please stamp the package and write the return address on the box. Include a note with your address, name, and invoice number, or a copy of the invoice. Please also indicate what you would like to exchange.
• Insufficiently or unstamped shipments will be refused and returned to you.

Once we receive your package, we'll send your new order free of charge within 3 to 5 business days. Any price difference will be processed within 10 business days.
